District Capital Projects In Progress
Contractors for the District are very busy with the 2009 Waterline Replacement Project which will replace over 11,000 feet of older four-inch water main with new larger water line. The older line is reaching the end of the useful life and is not large enough to provide the optimal water flow for modern fire fighting equipment. The project is on schedule and under budget. This type of project is very intensive in smaller neighborhood streets and will create a number of “cone zones”. Please drive carefully around all construction zones.
The District also has contractors replacing two pumping stations with new state-of-the-art motors, pumps, and variable frequency drives. These stations will also be monitored by district personnel at the District office through a computer link. The pump station improvements will increase the capacity of the stations as well as improve reliability and use less energy to pump the same amounts of water.
These projects are paid for out of District reserve funds that are set aside for system replacements. Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District does not have any outstanding bonds or debt.

Check Weather Reports and Turn Off the Sprinklers if Possible
There have been many customers, businesses, and homeowners associations watering during or right after heavy rains. Check local weather reports and with the flexible watering days this summer turn off the sprinkler timer if there is a chance of rain. Remind your homeowners association if you see them watering in the rain!

Postage Increases Again!
Join the Districts Automatic Payment Program
Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District’s Automatic Payment Program can save the District’s customers time paying bills and save on postage. There is no charge for the program! A bill is still sent with detailed water use information and the specific date that the automatic payment will be deducted from their account. If there are any questions on the monthly billing customers may call the District office prior to the payment.
To sign up for the program cut the form from the bottom of this page and fill it out. Deliver the form to the District office between 7AM and 4 PM Monday through Friday and you can get started next month.
Reminder: the District does not take credit card or over the phone payments.
