Board of Directors Election Deadlines Fast Approaching.
Interested parties must file a Self Nomination and Acceptance form with the District’s Election Official by the end of the business day on February 29, 2008. Write-In Candidates must file paperwork with the District’s Election Official by the end of the business day on March 3, 2008 to be eligible to be a write in candidate in the May 6 election. The Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District Board of Directors election will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2008. There will be two vacant positions as well as a Director that is up for re-election. Board of Directors must be property owners in the District. Nomination forms can be obtained through the District office.

Join Your Neighbors in the Water and Sewer Billing ACH Program.
Currently there are over 1132 customers on the Bancroft-Clover Water and Sanitation District ACH (Automatic Clearing House) Program. Customers on the program will never be assessed a late charge and save postage as well! Monthly bills will still be sent to all customers with complete information on the amount of water used and the balance due. Also, the exact date of the automatic payment will be provided and Customers can contact the District office with any questions before the payment date. Do Not Forget the Trees and Shrubs During Dry Winter Months!
Some winter time watering may be needed for the trees and shrubs that are on the sunny sides of your landscape. If the ground is hard packed and dusty you may need to water on a warm winter day. Provide at least 10 minutes per area and try to finish early in the day to allow for absorption into the ground before freezing temperatures of the night set in.
Denver Water to Continue Residential High Efficiency Water Using Appliance Rebates for 2008.
Six types of rebates will be offered this year. Remember all rebate applications must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase.
1. High-Efficiency Clothes Washers- must be an eligible model. $150.00 Rebate.
